LED compared to halogen and xenon
If you compare the three different worklights with each other, you can quickly see the advantages of LED technology. The LED lifespan with approx. 30,000 operating hours is many times longer than that of a halogen worklight with approx. 500 hours or a xenon worklight with almost 2,000 hours.
When it comes to light output, the point clearly goes back to LED technology. LED worklights have a much lower need and are less sensitive to shocks or vibrations. The LED headlights shine at full brightness when switched on. Halogen worklights have a switch-on delay and shine with a more yellowish light color instead of day white. Xenon worklights take almost 15 seconds to reach full brightness.
